With the exception of items that are on promotion, all products sold from our website have a five(5) day refund guarantee for defects.
We accept refunds on the following conditions only;
- For nutritional products, the items must be returned untampered in its original packaging.
- For all other products, the items must be unused and undamaged with their original tags still affixed.
- All items must be accompanied by their original documentation.
- All returns must be accompanied by 3-nergy issued sales invoice.
The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer. Send all returns to the following address;

We will take about five(5) working days to process the return and should the return does not fulfill the refund condition, we reserve the right to turn down the refund and the customer will be notified accordingly.
